the hotel porter met our train. this helped a lot with navigating tokyo station with bags. we left our bags at the hotel during a trip to hiroshima and kyoto. our bags were already in our room when we returned.

the minibar lacked variety. there were few non-alcoholic drinks.

the location was very convenient (I could easily access different parts of the city). the bathroom had amazing facilities. the staff was professional and pleasant, they even put my carrier bag into a hotel-branded bag.

room service quality was poor for a high-end hotel. the menu did not have many choices, and the food was bland. the mini bar fridge lacked non-alcoholic drinks and milk for tea (this was a bit disappointing).
